The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Zillow (Irvine, CA) in Sep 2017
Interview
1 phone screening, 1 phone interview and the 1 in person interview all within about a week. Everything seemed to go well during the interview, but then I did not hear back for from them until 2 weeks after final interview, only to be turned down.

Impersonal, I interviewed for a new division/team. 2 managers were in on the pitch where were supposed to sell their product .
They were going too far into product specific questions which as opposed to ability to run an actual demo. Let’s leave that for after the product training !

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Zillow (New York, NY) in Feb 2024
Interview
It’s fairly quick, just a phone interview and then a 45 min video interview with a role play. The role play is a mock call, you calling a client. You have to show your sales skills.
