The interview process is a series of phone interviews. The first call is a basic interview and overview of your resume. The second call (+ however many others) is more focused on behavioral interviewing and getting to know your strengths and weaknesses

Tell me about a time when you worked in a group setting and there was a difference in opinion. How did you handle it? What did you learn?
The interviewer asked some technical questions, and others discussed my CV and how it relates to the internship opportunity. I've had two interviews: the first was technical and the second was more for discussing my CV and meeting other people on the team.

Interview
The interview will be in french, so be prepared for that. One person was actually there (I chose to have a physical interview) and 3 people were on a zoom call. There were 3 men and 1 woman interviewing me.

Describe how your past experience aligns with this job.
Met with two managers and discussed the open position. Went through work experience and CV. Was asked scenario based questions and how you would act. Very professional and couldn't fault the experience.
