I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Zimmer Biomet (Saint Louis, MO) in Jul 2020
Interview
Interviewed over Zoom and extraordinarily casual, almost too casual that it was awkward. Interviewer seemed to be more interested in specific personality traits than background and credentials. Interviewer was very nice.
Phone interview, Zoom interview, panel interview, zoom interviews with leadership. Interview with team members for personality fit once you get past hiring manager interview. Need to have sales experience or background relating to medical sales
Very competitive, but also informative. After a remote interview, I was given a document outlining one of the orthopedics sold. I was then given 48 hours to study, learn, and prepare a sales pitch in person.
