I attended the interview for the Post of content writer. The first round was a written test which had 30 aptitude questions on english grammar. 5 essay writing type of questions. We wrote the exam in the car parking area so we weren’t able to see the office environment.

Pen down on the topic, Kamal and Rajini entering politics will destroy Tamilnadu politics
Write a conversation between a salesman and customers. The salesman work in a luxury product showroom like Mercedes Benz. There are three customers. 1. Friendly customer 2. Not so friendly type 3. Neutral.
Make sure that all three out together should not exceed 2 pages
If you are a kindergarten teacher, write instructions how to brush our teeth, using which yours students can follow that to learn brushing themselves.

There was a online round the. Qualified ones were called and the process only 3 were selected and I did not get selected after a month they sent me an rejected mail

Interview
First i got a phone call as a screening I guess.
Then I got shortlisted for the first round, I attended the first round. It has 5 questions you have to write the answer in a paper and then upload them as PDF later, you will have 2 hours time.

I had too many rounds in one day first round was mcq and aptitude and second round is face to face interview they asked about zoho products and final round is HR
