if you are a technology sales person this should be easy. Typical hr questions.. if you have a good manager interviewing you hopefully they will express their own competitive nature and successful background in sales which will make the role more desirable. Unfortunately you can not depend on that person remaining at the company for too long if they actually are a great manager, as they will soon leave to pursue a better plan for themselves since Zones does not support them.

Interview
There are usually 3 total interviews after the initial screening. You will have a manager, director and VP interview you. Very basic questions involving sales and problem solving. The questions are not difficult, but they will make you think about prior experience. Bringing in ammo that can display your sales and diagnostic skills will be helpful. Remember to ask questions along the way. They use QBS, question based selling, as their main selling approach.
