Phone interview first to see if they want to offer you an interview, in person interview at the office with a sales manager, and then a final interview with a Vice President over the phone (final decision)

Interview
One standard phone screening with a hiring manager, one in-person interview with sales managers, final phone interview with Director. Very standard, nice to not have more than 3 meetings. Referral is probably the best way to get your foot in the door, which is what I did.
