Zonoff Embedded Systems (Linux) Developer interview questions

Had a 30 minute phone screening interview. Eventually brought in for an on-site interview. In on-site interview met with two groups of two engineers and their VP of HR. Both groups basically went through sections of my resume asking what I had done with each technology listed. Only a few actual programming related questions. Discussions seemed interesting and upbeat. Left with a positive vibe after meeting with both teams. The woman from HR came in to discuss salary, benefits, time off and when I might anticipate seeing an offer. Never heard back from them. Followed up and was told they were still considering applicants for the position and I'd hear back from them. No word back yet. Not really sure what to take away from the whole process. Wish there was more feedback in the process.
