I met with a Tech Lead on MS Teams.
She told about the company, the kind of projects and how an average work week looks like at Zühlke and the benefits. I told about my CV.
We openly discussed our expectations, it was a nice, honest and respectful atmosphere.
For me, the traveling amount was too much so I respectfully declined going further with the application process.

Der Bewerbungs-Prozess bei Zuehlke besteht aus drei Runden und ist durchweg sehr wertschaetzend - 1. HR, 2. cultural fit, 3. technical.
Alle Gespraeche haben eine entspannte, wenig foermliche Atmosphaere. Obwohl ich schlussendlich kein Angebot erhalten habe, war die Erfahrung mit dem Zuehlke-Prozess. Die (Email-)Kommunikation ist zeitnah, direkt auf den Punkt und ohne bla bla. Was insgesamt meinem positiven Eindruck unterstreicht.

Interview
There was 3 interviews. First one was just representing myself. Second one was for my previous work experience with some case study questions. And third one was technical, and it lasted 3 hours. In technical interview, first part was basics of java. Second part was design, my task was to design a game with uml on white board. Third part was for databases and javascript frameworks (jquery, angular js). On the end there was questions about agile scrum, developing tools, build systems etc.
