The process took 2-3 weeks applied online. You have to take a questionnaire about math and English. Received a call from the manager to set up an interview with him. It was a group interview of 3 other people including myself with two managers asking us questions. After answering about 8-10 questions, we were taken back to the store and did a skills challenge. In that challenge, one of the managers played the role as a customer and we had to pretend that we were employees and had to interact with her as an employee. The other manager would judge us on how we performed one by one. After that was all done, we shook hands with the managers and they told us they would call us back with an answer 4-5 days. A day passed and I received an email from the manager welcoming me to Adidas and received a phone call from him later offering me the job and asked me to bring paperwork to fill out.
