Interview
It starts with a call from the recruiter where you discuss briefly what you do and past experiences and salary expectations. After that there will be a phone call with an engineer that will ask you some technical questions. After that, if everything goes fine, an on-site interview will take place where you can expect to have 2 hours interview. In my case the first one was technical, the 2nd DNA interview, and the third one with the director of software engineering.
What made my experience negative is that after all the time spent on the interviews I haven't receive any call/email to give me feedback on the process. I sent an email asking for it and I was actually told that they would call me, but that never happened. I wasn't expecting this impersonal treat towards a candidate.

Interview
I was interviewing from abroad, so the process included two skype interviews with Head of IT and QA Lead. Time interval between these discussions was 3 months! Never heard back from them after second discussion. Unprofessional, from my point of view, especially coming from a "top employer".
