Interview
You will have an interview with the Boutique Manager, a makeup auction, and an interview with the district manager. Makeup audition you will most likely supply the model, they are looking for service and skill not so much product knowledge, remember skincare!
It went rather quickly! I applied and had an interview the next morning with the District Manager. I then interviewed with the store manager. I had an offer two days later. It was a fairly smooth process!

Interview was average. Asked a lot about management skills, experience, and role played scenarios. A lot of "what ifs" and how you would handle certain situations. Definitely be aware of core roles because they'll ask directly from it
