Thanks for sharing this feedback. e-Intelligence believes in hiring professionals who have the ability to grow and take up accountability for the work they do. Typically, our hiring process for the SEO role happens within a week (5 working days). It could take longer when we get the heavy flow of resumes - which we normally get most of the time. To be clear, our hiring process goes like this:
- Initial Screening - we review / select candidates that have adequate experience, skills, and expertise to perform the job. Apart from this, we also ensure to select only candidates who expect the salary range within our salary bracket for the specific role.
- 1st round of telephonic interview happens. Our HR Team explains the job description, overview of HR policies, salary expectations, etc. to each candidate.
- Candidates need to take tests to display their expertise in the SEO subject.
- If candidates clear their tests, they proceed further in the hiring process.
- 2nd round of interview with Team Leads happens.
- 3rd round of interview with the Senior Manager happens.
- Offer is sent out to the candidate. Candidates are given 48 hours to go through and understand the offer letter and terms and conditions.
- Offer is signed and sent back to us.
- Documentation process happens.
- Candidate is onboarded.
As you can see, salary-related discussion happens at the very 1st round of the interview so that there is no question about salary negotiation at a later stage. We take utmost care of making sure that candidates accept our job offer willingly from all aspects, including salary.
