Pros

Great place to grow if you're serious about digital marketing. The culture at e intelligence was genuinely collaborative. No one was too busy to jump on a call or share what they know. The CEO and the rest of the leadership team members were very accessible. There's no corporate nonsense or layers of management to cut through. If you have an idea or a concern, you can actually voice it and get a real response. That kind of flat structure makes the whole team feel more invested in the work. Being fully remote was a big plus and the flexibility on top of that is just very freeing. No micromanagement or counting minutes.

Cons

The workload can be a lot sometimes. This isn't a slow paced environment and some weeks are definitely demanding. If you're not comfortable juggling multiple priorities at once it can feel like a lot.

Pros

One of the biggest challenges is leadership's (CEO) tendency to react emotionally on petty issues. Decisions and feedback can sometimes be influenced by immediate frustration rather than measured assessment of the situation. This can create uncertainty for employees and make difficult conversations less productive than they could be. He needs to build emotional intelligence and learn how to stay calm no matter how bad the situation is.

Cons

Low employee morale and limited growth. Can you believe this company is 20 years old and their total employees are still in the range of 30s? No growth! Really something to think about before joining.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, we truly appreciate it, even when it's tough to hear! We're always looking for ways to grow and do better for our team, and honest feedback like this helps us do exactly that. We're sorry your experience didn't match the environment we strive to create, and we hear you. We'd also love to share that staying small has always been a deliberate choice for us. We believe in quality over quantity, in every sense. And we're incredibly proud that several of our team members have been with us for over 19 years now. That means the world to us and reflects the relationships we've built along the way. We wish you all the very best ahead! — Team e intelligence
