Interview
I applied online for the job. One to two weeks later I received a phone call to schedule an interview. I went in for an interview and answered about 10 questions. I then was taken onto the sales floor to pick out an outfit for an occasion of their choosing. It went well and was told to expect a phone call from the district manager for a phone interview. The next week I received that phone call. It also went well and was offered the job.

In the first interview I was asked to describe a time I had to solve a conflict and how I did so.
Way too easy. Put together a few outfits and then they called me with an offer before I even walked out of the mall. Glad it was easy, but makes sense based on how the store was managed.

It was a business casual interview.
It was very relaxed. She Asked about previous experience and school. Asked about customer service. Make sure to ask questions about the job as well.

Interview
It was a simple one-on-one with the manager, then I had to put together an outfit for a specific occasion provided by the manager, and the final step was a phone interview with the district manager.
