Interviewed in the stock room by the store manager. Pretty laid back she read from a script. I did not get the position because they were looking for a permanent hire not a summer only. I was told I would be called by early the next week and did not receive a call for two weeks.

You are going to a recruitment event for a sorority, pick an outfit with accessories. Why did you choose this outfit?
Pretty fast, it started with a phone call and then in person interview. After the interview in-person, you are onboarded fast and watch some training videos. After that, you are on the floor and also trained on the register.

How much or if I had any experience working retail
One on one interview, asked general questions for retail. I did notice that they are interested in availability more than anything. Had a portion in the end with fake scenarios.
It was an easy process and straightforward. The questions are about what the job entails to see if you would be a good fit. The interview was with the store manager.
