A casual, friendly one-on-one interview. Got to talk about my background in tech as well as what courses I'd be most interested in teaching and other details about the job. The interview lasted about 45 minutes, and they were very thorough and transparent about the details. As this was a very recent interview, at the time of writing I have not yet received a decision.

Smooth interview process. Mostly questions about background and experiences. Some basic technical ones and questions about how you would deal with various situations as a camp instructor. Overall, very friendly interviewer.
