Had a chat with the recruiter to check for company employee culture fit which lasted about 30 minutes. Simple questions were asked such as, tell me about yourself, what do you see yourself doing in 10 years, etc. This was followed by a technical interview that included three simple questions. I received the offer a couple of days after.

2 rounds of interview. I had a very high salary expectation and I had conveyed the same to the HR before the process itself. She was ok with it. The last round was managerial. He did not ask me one technical question also. But he gave the feedback that I was not technically fit. Please stop wasting candidates time AND EFFORTS.
