    Remote Flexibility.

Great work-life balance, no set office hours.
Employees are given the chance to nominate others per company values & recipients are rewarded financially which is a huge motivator.

    Cons

Fast paced environment; not a lot of manpower to fulfill needs of projects.

    Advice to Management

    - A+ for micro-management
    - Coffee in the office would be nice

    Pros

Allow you to work remotely, which is GREAT!!! Employees are super nice and easy to work with. Very flexible.

    Cons

Hard to stay productive because you have to work on many projects at once; Hardly any feedback on performance so not sure where you stand.

    Pros

An innovative business management and IT consulting firm trying to help make organizations, businesses, and local and federal government better through holistic, client-centered services. All employees are hard working and have a breadth of varied experience. You will learn a lot at this company. Incapsulate only takes the cream of the crop. They will push you outside of your comfort zone to learn knew skill sets and there is ample exposure to different practice areas.

    Cons

Incapsulate is a smaller company- that has its cons but also its pros.

I have been working at incapsulate full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    Working remote
Good sense of humor amongst co-workers
    Teamwork is highly valued
    Recognized for hard work

    Cons

It is difficult to manage time spent on priorities when we have so little manpower.
Work/Life balance is difficult to maintain when having to put extra time in just to maintain priorities.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to your Employees
Encourage teamwork, but recognize when to scale back when expectations are not met; it means we're exhausted.
    Hire another experienced recruiter.
Not everything can be a priority all at once.

I have been working at incapsulate full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    - Challenging place to work in every aspect. They expect a lot and standards are high. They also support this through training, mentoring and allowing you to purchase the tools you need to perform.
    - Technically strong environment. They use cool tools and the people are all very strong technically.
    - The people you work with are like-minded and care take pride in what they do.
    - Flexible work environment, especially if you have kids. Results driven environment allows you to take care of personal things as well as professional obligations. Never an issue with work life balance - it's always been my choice.
    - Interesting work, always something to learn and do. They encourage new ideas and trying new things.
    - Opportunity for growth and career development.

    Cons

    - Great people but you don't get a chance to see them very often given the primarily remote working environment. New office helps a bit.
    - Can be a stressful environment given all the different tasks that can be assigned.
    - Smaller company so they don't have some of the resources that a big firm would have.

    Advice to Management

    - Communicate ideas and expectations with employees more.
    - Promote more team events.

I have been working at incapsulate full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I have been with a company for a few years, but the pace doesn't seem to slow down! The mantra is predictable success and all aspects of the company, sales, project execution and the back office seem to want to live by it.

    Cons

It is an extremely fast-paced and challenging environment. Communication and expectation management are required skills at all levels.

I worked at incapsulate full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

There are no pros. I repeat...none!

    Cons

    Oh, here we go:

    - Small company. No set business processes. Things are all over the place.
    - As a new hire, you are expected to find your own way and resources. No hand holding. No official training period. Different people have different expectations. The people who work here are fake. Will throw you under the bus any change they get. One of the absolute worst places to work for. Definitely a slave shop. Some consistency is good. Benefits are pathetic. No unlimited overtime. FYI - Do not let the recruiter you talk to sell this company to you because that's their job. From day one - I knew I was going to jump ship. Casing point - For anyone joining this firm (if that's even the right word for this dump) - Don't. You'd regret it. There's so many places that are better. Recruiters are also writing up positive reviews on this site, but do the math - I didn't look at glassdoor before joining but oh I wish that I did. I repeat - Run! This place is horrid! And most of the people here are wack. They will say something behind you back, instead of just saying it to your face - why? B/C they are scared of confrontation.

    Advice to Management

None - Keep doing what you're doing so that you can fall into a sinkhole.

I am sorry you feel this way. We tried everything we could to make this situation work, and it's unfortunate that it didn't. But I will clarify again, like I did earlier this week, that we do not... More
