The interview process went well, and overall, it was a positive experience. However, there were significant delays due to the interviewer's availability, which led to a considerable amount of waiting time on my end. Additionally, I found the company's stance on the offer letter to be quite rigid. I had requested a reduction in the notice period, but unfortunately, the company was not open to any flexibility. Given this, I have decided not to proceed with signing the offer.
