    Company is developing fast, many exciting things are going on here. Definitely a place to be from a business development perspective. Company offers a good amount of freedom and opportunities to learn along the way.


    There are very few cons to working in Charter Global. If I need to name one, I'd say a fun part is missing a little, staff should be encourages to interact outside work.

    Advice to Management

    Be more dynamic and fast in decision making process, be brave and trust employees. In general company is developing very good and in the right direction.

    I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Charter Global in September 2014.


    Phone Screen, Technical Skills Testing, Code Presentation and workshop, Group panel interview with team, 1 one 1 interview with the manager. Interview with HR manager, before getting offer. After getting offer, drug testing and background checks.
