I worked at Gen-Probe (More than 5 years)

    Pros

The Travel is incredible and the Pay is very Fair.

    Cons

Management turnover too often and constantly having too learn a new style of Supervisor/Manager

    Advice to Management

All need to get on the Same Page and fight more for you employees rather than submit to the customer so much

    Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Gen-Probe (San Diego, CA) in September 2009.

    Interview

The typical interview process. A phone interview with HR first. Then an on-site interview with a group of 5 people - went through resume as typical process. nothing too challenge.

    Interview Questions

    Negotiation

    I did not negotiate.
