I have been working at Infragistics full-time (More than 3 years)
Nice people and friendly atmosphere. It's a medium-size company with the feeling of a small company. You get to know everyone. Good coworkers. Everyone is friendly.
Low-pressure, relaxed atmosphere. Even the owner/CEO is a friendly, regular guy that you can relate to. Nice, modern office.
Flexible work policies allow working from home. Unlimited vacation day policy, although you feel that you should keep them within reason. Good health insurance benefits at a reasonable price.
The location is the biggest disadvantage. It's easy to get to, right off the New Jersey Turnpike, but it's far away from most locations. It's about halfway between New York City and Philadelphia, which makes it a long commute for people from both areas. That makes it hard to attract new employees from those locations.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Infragistics (Cranbury, NJ).
Telephone screen and then an in person interview with several people. In person interview was at their main office in the boonies. Large headquartered building with no receptionist, just a phone where you call whoever you are meeting. Large building with hardly any workers there.
