Develop

We work with each institution to develop and execute a plan for continuous improvement, building out the institution's capabilities and implementing organizational changes to better support students.

Extend

We support the institution in transitioning these programs in-house, providing the pedagogy, training and tools to operate more effectively. We also provide ongoing access to our infrastructure on an as-needed basis.

    Pros

    In short, a great place to do great work with great people. I loved my time with the company (nearly a decade) and grew immensely as a professional. A truly great collection of people. Highly flexible company that is dedicated to providing a good experience for its employees.

    Cons

    Pay tends to be lower given the responsibility for the roles. Can be difficult to move-up given the talent of people in the organization.

    Advice to Management

    Continue to hire great people and provide a great working experience.
