    I worked at R&D Systems full-time

I worked at R&D for one summer and was very impressed by their work. The people are fantastic and I always felt comfortable and that everyone wanted to help me learn!

I didn't find any cons with working at R&D except for the traffic on the way to and from work

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at R&D Systems (Minneapolis, MN) in July 2015.

It started off with a brief phone interview followed by a in person interview a few days later. The interview process was low-stress due to constant contact with the recruiter. The phone interview questions consisted of personal questions, and why was I interested in the position. The in-person interview consisted explaining my resume. What I did and how it impacted the company. After my one-on-one interview I had a group interview with the rest of the department that consisted of situational questions that required specific stories at a job/project.
