I have been working at ROSS Companies full-time (More than a year)
My second year as a leasing consultant at Ross Bel Air property. Outstanding company, this is the third property management company in my 15 year career and by far the best. The company values it's employees and residents. Competitive pay and good training. The home office is always friendly when calling and when you need them especially HR, when I needed documents for a car loan my paper work was sent to my lender within minutes. The company works with you to solve problems instead of just blaming employees. Great work atmosphere and I hope to retire with ROSS.
-if there would be one, lack of properties in greater Baltimore though the company is always expanding. If you would like to move up in the company you would be best located near southern Maryland, however the staff at other properties always tell me how the company promotes from within.

Very easy the process only took a week. Applied online via Indeed. A few days later the manager called me for a interview. The next day HR gave me a offer and 24 hours to submit a drub test.
