Interview
Recruiter reached out with initial questions and then scheduled an interview with the Project Team. The interview with the Team went really well, the panel members were really good and accommodating. They knew what they wanted and were spot on. Upon completion got an email confirming the second round with the VP and CTO. The second round started off fine but ended up worst. The VP was real chill and asked questions related to the job, but the CTO was just trying to prove who the boss was and was questioning like he owned Rahi. It’s people like him bring a bad name to the entire organization. No follow up after that, they just ghosted.InterviewTell me about the projects you’ve worked before, roles and responsibilities.
