We just “wrapped up” our charity fundraiser for Directions for Youth & Families! Our SafeAuto associates collectively donated $3,625 which allowed us to gift 33 "Joy at Home" packages! These gifts contained everything a family needs to enjoy a cozy night home together: cozy blankets, board games, coloring books, candles, hot chocolate, popcorn, and more. We are SO proud and grateful for the generosity our associates have shown our community during this difficult year....Show more

We had an awesome socially distanced Meet-Up on Wednesday evening at Highbanks Metro Park with 20 SafeAuto associates, including our CEO, Ron Davies. We separated into 5 smaller groups to walk together with appropriate distance between us for the 2 mile hike out to the gorge observation deck. We have another hike and a bike ride scheduled in the next 2 weeks to enjoy the weather and connect safely with one another. This might just be the social event of the summer! Last week, we concluded our 2020 Summer Internship Program and we're thrilled to share it was a great success! After recruiting in early Spring, we were fortunate that 13 interns were ready to bravely take on an entirely remote internship experience amid the pandemic. They were all immensely successful in delivering valuable research and strategic recommendations based on data analysis in their roles. These incredibly bright students came from 4 excellent universities (The Ohio State University, Mount Vernon Nazarene University Cougars, Capital University, and Brown University), yet they all worked remotely in different cities across Ohio. Each of them brought unique perspectives from their undergrad and graduate programs and applied their academic studies to their real-world project assignments through the summer, which culminated in video conference presentations directly to our CEO and senior leadership. We are delighted that we have been able to retain 5 interns in a part-time capacity and 1 intern who has since graduated and has accepted a full-time job offer with SafeAuto...Show more
