The UnCommon Reno project recently wrapped up! #TeamHelix field crew successfully brought this project to the finish line just in time for school to start. Hats off to our entire UnCommon team and the additional Helix personnel that assisted. This project consisted of a 191,445sq ft. 7 story building with two levels of parking and 5 of residential, 142 parking spaces, and 330 beds in 125 units. Helix scope included fire alarm, smoke control, two-way communication, distributed antenna, CCTV, Access Control, Wifi, teledata/tv, and AV. #renonevada #constructionindustry #trades...Show more
