Sarah Chimbanga has been promoted to the position of Regional Director of Health & Wellness for Clinical Operations at Era Living. This is a new position that Sarah will be taking on and we are confident that she will excel in it. In this role, Sarah will be responsible for leading and overseeing all health & wellness initiatives, programs and policies. Sarah was chosen for this role based on her extensive knowledge of the issues facing our residents and staff, having excelled as a Community Health Director at Era Living communities since 2014. During that time, her sense of integrity has proven invaluable by informing a deep understanding of the needs of our communities. Sarah’s inspiration has been the people of Era Living. Sarah is very excited to continue strengthening our relationships with the University of Washington Schools of Nursing, Medicine, and Pharmacy. She is also looking forward to creating new partnerships with other affinity groups.
