As summer winds down, what better way to give back than helping children in need get ready for the new school year? Torchy's Tacos proudly collaborated with Partnerships for Children to support their Back to School event by donating school supplies and serving up some Damn Good food to fuel the incredible staff making a difference! 🌮📓✏️🍎 A huge shout-out to the Torchy's Stonehill location for providing the food and to all the Team Members who generously offered their time. ⭐TEAM MEMBER SPOTLIGHT⭐ Jennifer Seidner, VP of People, joined Torchy’s Tacos in 2019. Initially focusing on People Development, her role then expanded to spearhead the People Team. Jennifer is committed to driving initiatives across Diversity and Inclusion, Recruiting, Total Rewards, Talent Management, Training and Development, Communications and Guest Relations. Jennifer's upbringing instilled in her the value of hard work and diverse perspectives, driving her passion for inclusion and being present. She believes effective HR leadership involves navigating the gray areas and balancing human needs with financial imperatives. She says the authentic culture and leadership team at Torchy’s make every day rewarding – there is no greater factor in career satisfaction than being able to trust and feel connected to the people with whom you work.
