    Cons

they cheat us on vacation time. I have been here almost a year and if i leave tomorrow it does not accrue. i will never see this vacation if I get another job tomorrow. How many places do not accrue? The people at the main office are mean. They don't respond. they don't know how hard we work. They don't know our issues and if we need help on the computer issues, they don't know we have been trying for days. ...

If you don't see how hard we work, talk to us, our colleagues or our clients. get training on how to work with remote employees. it is hard work and there are never days were we are able to go to our boss and brief. Paying people hourly when it is really full time is a way to sneak out of some benefits. That is not ok, Just because wage and hours does not govern...

    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at AFSC full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

The intention of the mission is commendable and honorable, but misses the mark when is comes to the treatment of both employees and clients alike. Some sites have teleworking, however, I have not experienced that.

    Cons

NO advancement opportunities to lower level employees, no communication with upper management, and dysfunctional sites. Overall culture is poor and needs an overhaul. Advice to Management

A boss manages their employees, while a leader inspires them to innovate, think creatively, and strive for perfection. Every team has a boss, but what people need is a leader who will help them achieve greatness. Your turnover rate is so bad because of your managers.
