      Terrible! Run! Don't accept a job offer! Worst company ever! Unethical!

      Pros

      There is not one positive thing I can say about this company. There is no employee empowerment. 20 years behind in the industry. Completely outdated.

      Cons

      Completely mismanaged. Top leadership are not willing to make improvements. Keep putting on band aides. Losing business. Lacks vision. High turnover. Don't work there.

The truth is we have many employees who are happy to be team members here at Acro. They enjoy the work life balance, the perks, the work environment. No oroganization is perfect, there is always room for growth. But overall we believe we are on the right track. This is further evidenced by Acro being named as one of 2014 and 2015's 101 Best & Brightest Companies To Work For in Metro Detroit and Nationally. To obtain this achievement, our employees are surveyed by a third party and based on their feedback along with demonstrating best practices in HR, the company has received this prestigious recognition from among over 1000 that vie for this recognition!

      Pros

      I enjoy my co-workers they help me get through the day.

      Cons

      - Acro is not a great company don't believe all the hype you read or hear about them. - Don't treat their employees well, pay is horrible and they don't appreciate you at all -Employees throw you under the bus and they work you like a dog -Need policies on procedures and structure in the organization

      Pros

      Solid work / life balance. The owners are very friendly and do care about their employees. My manager was great. This could be a world class company but.....

      Cons

      The owners have hired old friends and family. Their son isn't competent and couldn't manage a Subway. Knowing this they put him in charge of recruiting. They rarely listen to common sense and want to micromanage everything. The HR team is a group of kids. No 401k match.

Also while there are many younger members of the HR team (we are mentoring the leaders of tomorrow!) the leader of the department has 20 years of HR experience and there is also a Sr. Generalist with over 15 years of experience as well! We are proud of our internship to hire program as we enjoy molding and mentoring those seeking to launch their HR career so that they can build skills to help carry our company into the future!
