    Pros

Great high school job. And resume booster. Lenient hours. Good place to learn lots of analytical techniques

    Cons

Disorganized. The interview process was too simple, thus leading to unqualified people.

    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Adamson Analytical Lab (More than a year)

    Pros

Very flexible work hours. You can come in whenever you're free, as there's always something to work on over there. Lot of downtime too if that's something you prefer. Coworkers are very relaxed, and the work wasn't too strenuous.

    Cons

Lab was really messy; lot of junk in the back that hasn't been used in years and can be thrown away. Disorganized also in the sense that you could come in one day expecting to continue a task you started before, only to be assigned to do something else. Procedures also changed often, and paperwork to be completed was always changing from when I worked there.

    Advice to Management

Try to spend some time cleaning up the place, don't hoard up things that don't have to be there, and be open to newer ideas and overall change.

    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

There was a lot of flexibility. The lab director was accommodating to scheduling, especially if one was a student.

    Cons

Overall the lab departments were disorganized and there tend to be a lot of miscommunication. As a result, the working environment turned to be hostile.

I worked at Adamson Analytical Lab part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Choose when you work, super lenient when you have homework or other obligations

    Cons

Constant deadlines, every sample has a 24,48, or 1 week deadline that all the test and paperwork need to be completed by. Very unorganized. Being a chemist there means working by yourself without the ability to talk to many people. High school and college students constantly coming to only work one summer or one year make it hard to develop friendships with many employees.

    Pros

Adamson Analytical Lab is a good place to start you career in the field of science. It allows you to build your resume.

    Cons

Adamson Analytical lab does not pay very well. There can also be communication problems between some of the people working there.

    Advice to Management

The leadership at Adamson Analytical Lab is not very good. People usually only care about themselves and are scared to get in trouble by the boss.
