Pros

-The Free Lunches in the cafeteria -decent office

Cons

- Very dishonest hiring - Find possible reasons not to pay you. My training kept on having units attached to it just so they did not have to pay me. That is right you do not get paid for training so they try to keep you there as long as possible. -The good reviews you see on here is probably from employees that were told to do this from upper management. I believe these reviews are screened before hand. -If you do not need a visa to work here please do not work there. It is a scam. Whatever salary they tell you is on the condition you sign up with a client. Otherwise they pay you 15 dollars an hour for internal projects.

When you are training at ADDTEQ, you are not working on projects. Thus, when an employee is in training, they cost us money, while when an employee is out of training and on a project, they make us money. While you are in the FREE training you receive on industry standard technologies, we only pay for your housing, 2 meals a day, beer once a week, all the coffee you can drink, video games, ping-pong and transportation - so your expense to us is not as great as if we were including the thousands in cash per week you get once out of training. However, once you get out of training, although you cost us even more, you bring us in actual money, as opposed to during training, when you are still contributing zero value, while occupying resources. Therefore, it would make no sense for us to "keep you in training" in order to avoid paying you, because once out of training, you become financially more valuable to us, then before. We would never keep someone in training unless they needed genuine improvement in their technical skills. I understand it can be frustrating when struggling with learning a skill, but please don't take it out on ADDTEQ, who really did provide you with significant benefit and value.

You would have retained your employment if you worked on improving your grammar instead of whining.

Pros

They offered job and ditched. So no pros

Cons

Addteq claims that they are a s/w development company but they are doing a consultancy job with very poor client base. They offered me a job after 2 rounds of extensive interview at their conference room sized office and gave me a offer letter with the rate I demanded. They asked me to join the client location 3 weeks after. A week before the joining the HR called me and said there will be a delay of 2 weeks which later became 2 months and finally NO JOBBB!!! The HR said they will try to find another opportunity with other clients, but never happened. A person from management called me and requested if I can reduce my rate so that he can accommodate me into some position with the client that might not even match my profile. HR agreed to arrange a conference with her boss to discuss my situation but never heard back from them again...All in all a very pathetic experience! All the best Addteq!!!

Dear Current Employee, Thank you for your review, however, Addteq does not offer fake jobs. If you claim this to be so, then the problem must have come from the client site who was offering the job. Budgets must have been cut or the position must have been closed. As far as another position, the recruiter you were working with must not have found a fit for your skill set or did not want to lower your rate to get you into a lower position. We are so sorry that you had a bad experience! Hope this helps. -Addteq
