      Pros

      You know where you stand and how to get to where you want to go. The ADLIB team has an undeniable Bias for Action. I have never seen an organization that listens and implements great ideas so quickly.

      Pros

      After a few years of constant turn over at the executve level, Adlib actually has it right now. WIth the addition of new CEO Chris Huff and CRO Mike Chasteen, the company is on a meteoric trajectory for growth with new focus and sense of urgency. Employee input is welcome at all levels and is a very transparent place to work, no hidden agendas.

      A cultural hangover in some areas of the business - needs to lift quickly
