      Room for growth and benefits are ok

      Cons

      The turn over rate is high, everyone there to make themselves look good for the executives. Pay is low. They pride themselves on this "culture" but it's all for show.

      Relaxed vibe with amazing co-workers. The benefits were also really good.

      Cons

      Parent company (AppDirect) did a hostile acquisition of AppSmart and replaced any duplicate/redundant AppSmart management with their own underqualified management.
