      Pros

      A paycheck...that is if it is deposited in your account.

      Cons

      There were days when contractors were supposed to be paid and were not. They focused on hiring Indian employees and treated others who were not Indian differently. It is often hard to communicate with other coworkers because of this. Very unstable company. People were constantly leaving the company.

      I really wish I had great things to say, but to be honest there isn't much except when the pay is steadily paid.

      Cons

      From my drug test pre-screen on , I have had issues. The drug test account they gave me was invalid, so I wasted a day of my time trying to get that taken care of. The worst part is Payroll.. I have been contracting through Avion (Now known as AVACEND) for about 8 months now and they have missed payroll 4 times. The first 3 were a day late, but still late and with no correspondence, email, phone call etc. This last miss is going on 5 days now, and I have been unable to get an answer as to when I should be expecting my check. The did email me on Friday telling me that it was processed that day (on payday) which was ok with me, but 4 days later and still no check.

      Payroll messed up a few times, non communication of temp service to employees.
