Pros

Techworkers management ONLY works for the client, and not support the contractors that they have placed. Given that, you as a contractor are of your own. Their is nothing to be suggested here.

Cons

Too many to list; Absolutely horrific, agonishing people who work at Bay Area Techworkers. They make sure to NOT support their contractors, clean up after the highly incompetent managers they work for at GE, make living hell of the contractors they place. They make sure that the channel of communication is only from GE managers to them. Techworkers account manager/employees take commands ONLY from GE managers who help place their contractors and hence make money out of it. Managers at GE along with TechWorkers is looting money because somehow Techworkers have monopoly at GE. Too many incompetent folks at GE, placed by Techworkers because of the management support they get. In turn, Techworkers support the management by cleaning after them. The partnership works well and in harmony. Mr. Don Peed, CEO at TechWorkers, seems to place his own offsprings in key positions who have least to minimum qualification to be humans, let alone managers. More details will be posted here with links as other social media is updated.

Pros

The company does its best to find employees new roles within other teams should they have positions available vs having to let someone go if the contract is not renewed. There was great dynamic among the team. Off-sites allowed for employees to connect and blow off a bit of steam. Management also provided notice when contracts are not renewed (if they were provided notice) and provide time for employees to find other opportunities. Paid Well!

Cons

Not much of an opportunity to grow. It is after all a contract position. At times communication could be bad.

Pros

Nothing what can you expect from BS PMO recruiter office seating idle and occupying one row of GE san ramon office

Cons

This recruiter here gives very high sales speech like car sales man. Never ever join this client thru this agency totally un-porefssional and dont care for their own contractors working here. The PMO office is dead ,the only count hours and spend their day in writing BS reviews on the glassdore. This is just a BS PMO and waste of $$ for holding these many PMO members here as they are not better than typical desi babu's and door keepers .
