      Incredibly smart people with unrelenting passion for what they do Truly innovative technology Nice to work for a company that customers and analysts love BioCatch is transforming the fraud prevention market with its technology. Great pay and benefits. I come from a Fortune 500 company and the benefits at BioCatch are comparable, and in some cases even better. This has become especially important in the time of a pandemic. Good work-life balance

      Cons

      I really don't have any cons at this point. The only thing I would say which isn't really a con but rather the reality of a fast-growing startup is the rapid change. The company is growing faster than process development can keep up. Personally, I thrive in this type of environment, but for some people, rapid change may not be their thing.

      Amazing & smart people, down to earth leadership, innovative data and solutions, products that really work, autonomous and flexible work schedule, excellent benefits, fast growing with more room to go

      Cons

      With the fast paced growth, sometimes there is a lack of process or structure that can cause issues. Typical growing pains.

      Fast paced environment solving cutting-edge problems Fantastic mission Collaborative and global Growing rapidly

      Cons

      Rapid growth comes with challenges for those not suited to a startup environment. Need to be nimble, hard working, able to juggle multiple competing priorities and at times wear multiple hats. If "that's not my job" is your catchphrase, this place is not for you.
