Pros

They have a lot of cool events that they do on both a team and company level. Truly is a welcoming, laid back, but progressive environment. I enjoy coming to work. Have Top Golf perks, nice gifts for the holidays, really nice Fun Thursday's at local establishments or in office. Great benefits. I have my 401k, dental, I opted out of the medical insurance, but we even have a Prisma health in house that you can come get blood work and medicine for free or reduced price, and we have a gym membership you can get for like 60 dollars for 6 months (so 10 a month) in house.

Cons

My literal only con is that my pay is not competitive. It is a concern that the company is aware of I will say. Just not something that has been changed as of yet. That is my only downside.

Pros

I can think of ZERO pros. Good insurance to pay for the therapist you will need after a days work here at canal.

Cons

Management plays favorites. Terrible pay. No one works. One girl just watched netfix at her desk all day. Very unprofessional. And my supervisor barely even knew excel-- which was 100% essential for the job. They say they hire from the inside-- this is a lie.
