    There are no pros in working here.

    Cons

    I didn’t realize how bad the management was until I worked at other places. CareOne has the. worst. management. I’ve ever been apart of. No one is approachable and the Teamwork is terrible. The CNAs are bullies. I got paid probably below minimum wage for the hardest work I’ve ever done.

    Advance clinical skillset within a high acquity nursing center. Build your clinical skills, refresh your clinical skills to stay above the curve. Perfect fit for lpn whose heart is in healthcare. Great salary. Team nursing approach

    Difficult at times to do more then pass meds and actually provide skilled nursing care with patient acquity factors into patient ratio
