Pros
Expensive tech (doesn't mean cool or good) that only a large company can provide.
Enterprise grade experience.
Traveling.Cons
Traveling (depends on your personal life)
No life only work.
Aggressive management that bullies worker to work weekends and extra hours for free. If you let them they will squeeze you to the point of burn out.
Shady evaluation and promotions.
Payment is low-average, and you only get a real "raise" when you are promoted. Even when that happens, most of the raise is with cost allowances.
No concern whatsoever about quality.
Too much politics.Advice to Management
There are a lot of tech companies moving to in Lisbon so people start moving to companies that provides them with better payment, better treatment and modern tech stack.

Management sucks, career evolution is almost non-existent, and the paycheck is way below the market average. Also the extra hours induced are horrible

Claiming to start Agile projects, but still manage them with an iron fist in a waterfall environment isn't Agile and is your downfall
