      Pros

      Over the past year, management has made a lot of positive changes and really treats the employees good! There are many good perks and its the first place where the executives actually listen to their employees. Growing company with lots of opportunity for advancement!

      Sometimes people don't follow the process and issues arise especially managers and executives.
