      Good health insurance and 401k if you can make it through year

      Cons

      Corrupt,very political, totally ran by Chinese nationals, speak mandarin all the time in front of Americans , use Americans as faces to the business, extract information from you and when finished you get isolated

      Good benefits only, or if native Chinese who will benefit from corruption 401k is generous at year end if you can stay that long and tolerate the politics

      Cons

      Most political work environment outside China, native Chinese imported from PRC speak their own language to exclude the Americans and strictly control everything from top down command structure
