Pros

Inhouse training. Paied overtimes. Mainly outsourcing company that sends you to bad employers that cant find anyone to work for them.

Cons

Accenture is the main client with many bank projects to send you, but when it comes to have an interview with the accenture manager they tell you lies to sign you. Lies about technologies, methods, projects inside the bank. It was a disaster, accenture is one of the worst employers in greece but code.hub tells you that they are partners and they can handle them. The truth is that they dont care, even if you tell them about the lies, even if you tell them about the toxic environment, all they want is the commission they get of you.

Pros

Good salary, remote working, on time payment

Cons

- Their only purpose is to close the positions - They don't care about their staff - When you are about to change projects you re-interview the prospective client. You don't choose the clients or the projects you would like. Therefore you are required to interview clients that codehub has. In case you either fail or you don't want to work with the particular client, they keep you for a month and then fires you after first forcing you to take all your annual leaves. This is a protocol that codehub follows and does not inform you about when it is going to hire, on the contrary, They tell you that there is no concern in case of cancellation of the project, and that you remain a codehuber until the next project is found. In essence the company acts as a promoter and not as an employer
