Pros

Friendly & talented team, some good projects, excellent culture if you love cars or racing. Good location if you want a quieter life.

Cons

Terrible top level organisation. (Director level). Constant pandering to investors, project timelines slashed, budgets cut. Constant atmosphere of 'This studio might not exist next year'. Excellent games turned into mediocre ones by lack of time investment.
