Pros

Nice office space in the heart of Buckhead. Casual dress code. Plenty of free desks available now that so many people have quit.

Cons

Long history of unhappy clients. An alarming percentage of the staff has voluntarily left in the space of about 9 months. Colibrium was purchased by a large company but they left the original management in charge, which was a mistake. No longer offers 401k matching, don't let the list of perks fool you.

It's unfortunate that you feel the way you do about Colibrium, however, hopefully you have found a position in which you are better suited and happier. Colibrium is working very hard to raise the bar and when a company does this, there is oftentimes a tendency for those who aren't comfortable with the changes being made to leave the company. The health of the company is good and the future is bright.

Extremely toxic atmosphere with zero competency at the leadership level

Pros

Great location close to bars so you can drink your anger and depression away.

Cons

No growth opportunities, no company vision, no transparency, deception, boring work, micromanagement, the list is endless. The 10% bonus potential sounds good until you realize the company hasn't turned a profit in years. If you want a glimpse into life at Colibrium, read the condescending responses to recent reviews.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. When decisions are made at the leadership level many factors come into play. One of them is the way it will impact all of our employees. We often have to make long term business decisions that could have negative implications in the short term. It is our hope that our team understands this and bears with us during our time of growth, and that our whole company will feel a positive impact.

Pros

People are incredibly nice. Lots of free snacks. Work form home on Thursday.

Cons

The foundation for their company is that they have an "out of the box product" - which they don't. The pressure to perpetuate that myth on consultants is high. No promotions from within - their cornerstone is to pay young, high achieving youth a low wage and work them to the bone. Upper Management has no people skills, and no experience managing people, Sees no value in own employees, and is constantly "spinning" to clients to cover up the fact that there is no product - only a platform that is constantly in flux.
