    Pros

The company was growing at a good pace and the senior management team was relatively stable.

    Cons

Some junior people with little management experience had been promoted into middle management prematurely. The result was that as they inevitably ran into trouble on client engagements, they threw delivery consultants under the bus in reports to senior management instead of taking control of and responsibility for challenging clients and projects.

    Advice to Management

Become more engaged in project oversight and leverage HR to gather information from employees at all levels.

    Pros

Lots of opportunities to learn new skills. Great benefits and education reimbursement. Wonderful team of people there. Everyone is willing to share knowledge and help others.

    Cons

It is a smaller corporation so sometimes that means less structure. Home office is based out if Boston. Recently acquired by CGI. Still going through the merger. Not sure what the end result will be.
