      Pros

      Amazing culture and people. Office environment is nice, and HQ has great amenities. Good benefits offering including HSA and 401k matching, EAP, UTO, and hybrid options.

      Cons

      This company is growing at an exponential rate. It is very exciting to experience, but can cause stress at times since there is typically just one person in each role with no counterpart to rely on when the work is too much for one person. There is a heavy emphasis for you to be an efficient top performer in your field.
