      Pros

      Working with Digipal has been a great opportunity, especially due to the flexibility of remote work. It has allowed me to take on several projects at once, which has been both professionally rewarding and financially beneficial. - Remote work flexibility - Opportunity to take on multiple projects - Freedom to manage your own schedule

      However, one of the main challenges has been the feeling of working in isolation. In fairness, I believe this is more due to the structure or expectations set by the client, rather than the company itself. Another area that needs improvement is the clarity around work schedules and holiday policies. I’ve often been confused about expectations during local or international holidays, and it would be helpful to have a more transparent and consistent system for that. Another difficulty has been tracking time effectively. I know Digipal is currently working on implementing a tool to help with this, which is a good step forward, but at the moment it still feels a bit unclear and inconsistent. - Feeling of isolation - Current time-tracking process is confusing - Holiday politics
